Though my idea is better. I know this, because I just sold it as a TV series. Starts next year and starts Meredith Baxter as a tough talking Speech Pathologist solving crimes with a keen eye, a cheery smile and a lovable 90 year old mom-sidekick. Look for it on NBC (though possibly a different channel down there in the islands).

It’s quite an interesting field, and was a big part of why I studied linguistics.

When the kiddies came along I tried to tone it down. For a while I went with “BLUE BLAZES!” but in addition to not being taken seriously when I did, I also tended to make myself laugh… which when trying to build up some righteous fury, seemed counter productive.
